TXHCB Banking Center Lobbies Are Reopening, June 1, 2020

Our priority is to keep everyone safe and well.  If you are showing any signs of symptoms related to the COVID-19, or have been in contact with individuals showing symptoms related to the COVID-19 please do not enter our banking facility.  If you need immediate assistance with your banking and feel that you should not enter our banking facilities please call 830-257-4771 for assistance.

 

TXHCB Banking Center Lobbies Temporarily Close, March 19, 2020

To safeguard employees and customers, Texas Hill Country Bank will temporarily close the lobby of our Banking Centers until further notice, effective March 19,2020.  However, your favorite bankers will still be available by phone and email to help you with all of your financial needs.  During this time we highly encourage you to use our mobile banking, drive-up facilities, as well as ATMs.  Should you have any questions or require immediate assistance please call 830-257-4771.

 

COVID-19 Cyber Threats, March 17, 2020

Please remain vigilant for scams related to COVID-19 (Coronavirus).  Cyber actors have been sending emails with malicious attachments or links to fraudulent websites attempting to trick recipients into revealing sensitive inforation or donating to fraudulent charities or causes.  Use caution in handling any email with a COVID-19 related subject line, attachment, or hyperlink, and be wary of social media pleas, texts or calls related to COVID-19. Such cautions are particularly important as we urge customers to shift to use banking through the internet and mobile banking to avoid contact through in-person banking.

Texas Hill Country Bank is diligently monitoring the rapidly evolving conditions related to COVID-19. Our hearts go out to the individuals, businesses and communities who are affected by the impact of this virus. Texas Hill Country Bank’s number one priority is the safety and well-being of our team, clients, families and community.

We are closely following the developments of this public health event with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization as well as our local and state authorities. 

We have plans in place to continue to provide all of our banking services in our lobbies during this time.  However, we would encourage you to use our mobile banking, drive – up facilities, as well as ATMs as needed.    

If you do visit one of our financial centers, you may see signs of additional protections. For instance, you may see some bankers wearing gloves when handling cash. And while we’re always happy to see you, we may choose an elbow bump over a handshake for the time being.
